Kayla Butler is a South Florida native with a love for yoga, history, and understanding human behavior. It was a combination of curiosity and personal experience with mental health illnesses in her own family that led her to pursue an education in psychology at Nova Southeastern University. She continued her academic pursuits, earning a Master’s in Aging and Neuroscience from the University of South Florida.
