After several years of dealing with major depressive disorder and anxiety, she noticed the lack of authentic conversation regarding mental wellness. Sasha Nicole, of Fearless Nfluence,  realized too many people were living in shame about taking antidepressants, talking to their children and employer, or even in denial about their mental health. As a mother who survived severe postpartum depression, and thrives with a mental health condition, she’s on a mission to reduce the stigma and eliminate the shame. Sasha is an author, speaker, and educator dedicated to teaching the power of resilience to help eliminate fear surrounding mental illness, and overcoming self-doubt as they run a business or work traditionally, and raise a family.
