β£I find that we often cling to a version of ourselves that no longer exists. The person you were at 20 is far different from the person you are at 35. What you once defined as success no longer applies. Youβve changed and grown in ways that you never imagined.β£
As we journey, itβs important to constantly rediscover and fall in love with our present selves. The clearer you are about who you are, the clearer you become in creating a life that feels good. β£

Radical self-care is the assertion that you have to take care of yourself first before attempting to take care of others. Doing so allows you the capacity to heal and move forward into your next chapter of life.β£
