Easing into Autumn

For the first time in a long time, I had to turn on the heat while taking my son to school this morning. Autumn has officially re-entered the chat and I’m grateful. I typically love the summer months but this summer was BRUTAL. While I didn’t love the excessive heat, I did appreciate the long, sunny days and the abundance of all of my favorite produce. As we ease into a season with shorter days, it’s important to be mindful about how that can impact our mental health.
